Charlotte’s pieces are made by pinching and rolling stained clay and finished with a clear satin glaze that gives the pieces a lush satin feel. They add a wonderful touch of colour to the home and enhance the sensual ritual of burning incense.

Each dish is imperfect and asymmetrical. For best balance, the smaller holders are used with shorter sticks of incense. Japanese-style incense can easily be broken into pieces and works best with these holders. These pieces can be mixed and matched and can be used in a number of ways.
