Cosa Senti is located in Auckland, New Zealand. At this stage we only ship within New Zealand, including rural addresses. We are a small business and will endeavour to package and post your item within 5-7 working days. Please allow for additional delays due to current pressure on couriers in Auckland because of COVID-19 restrictions.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.00 for Auckland delivery and $9.00 for the rest of the country.

If you are purchasing an original painting (not a print) please select the please select the ‘Framed Painting’ shipping option at checkout. The cost for shipping a painting is $30 as specialised custom-made boxes and shipping are required for these items.

To ensure your parcel is safely delivered, please make a note specifying if it is NOT appropriate to leave your parcel at the door.

All our products are handmade and one of a kind. They have small imperfections and we love them for it and we pack them with care. However, if an item is broken when you receive it or you are not happy with it, please contact us at info@cosasenti.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Due to the nature of our store and our items being unique, this means they can’t always be replaced with the exact same product. If you let us know in the first 48 hours, we will offer either a replacement of a similar product or a full refund of the purchase price if you’d prefer.

You may have seen something at Cosa Senti that you like that is sold out or wonder if it’s possible to purchase a set of something. It never hurts to ask and we may just have some additional product tucked away.
